The Big Bang Theory Screen-Used Disruptor Howard Wolowitz/Simon Helberg This prop disruptor was screen-used in The Big Bang Theory episode 'The Bakersfield Expedition' (Season 6, Episode 13). This item began life as a fan-made, stylized reproduction of a Varon-T disruptor from Star Trek: The Next Generation. When The Big Bang Theory needed a 'disruptor' from Star Trek this was one of the items I proposed and Executive Producer and Co-Creator, Bill Prady, chose this item for use by the Howard Wolowitz character (Simon Helberg) as part of his Borg costume. A letter of provenance, with embedded imagery, will be included in the lot. Screen-caps and an image of Property Master Scott London of The Big Bang Theory holding the prop in his shop in the back of Stage 25 on the Warner Bros. lot are shown in this listing for reference purposes only. This is the only one of this version of prop that was used on the show and the item pictured is the item that will ship.
