Antique 1938 Superman Action Comics Pin Back Membership Certificate, Code Book - $425 - (Pontotoc, MS)

Very rare lot here. A must have for a serious collector. I believe this to be from 1938, but I suppose it could be up to 1942. This is from the research I've done. Though I am no expert. Sorry for the not so great pictures, I'm working with an older iPad. Please use the pictures provided to ascertain your own opinion about this particular items.
