Description: A holiday plate manufactured by Buffalo Pottery and distributed as a gift to employees and distributors as an annual gift. This is the 1957 plate, showing Scrooge at the end of the Christmas Carol, ordering a boy to purchase a Christmas turkey for the Cratchets. I think this was the final plate in a series which illustrated the key scenes from the Charles Dickens story. Size: 9.875" in diameter Mark: Large informational mark on reverse, which mentions the artist is Rix Jennings. Condition: A few scattered utensil marks on the surface, which can only be seen under close examination. Shipping weight is 2.75 lbs.
