Condition is very good and clean on the actual painting. Please except some flaws in the blank margins. Blank margins are in good condition. Artist used tape to paint her watercolors, so the edges would be even. Back is in very good clean condition with a few slight small imperfections. Overall size is approximately 10 by 15 inches.
