Gorgeous original watercolor painting of a still life of flowers, dating to the early 1960's. Watercolor is on Bainbridge Illustration Board. The painting is not signed. Provenance is the artist's initials are BHS and she painted in New England, Cape Cod and primarily Massachusetts. Condition is very good and clean on the actual painting with the exception of a few stains on lower portion of abstract portion. Please except some flaws in the blank margins. Blank margins are in fair condition. Painting shows some wear on all blank margins as artist used tape to paint her watercolors, so the edges would be even. Blank margins have some paper frays from removing the tape. Blank margins are distressed and show some age. Back is in fair to good clean condition with some imperfections a something crossed out in blank margins on the back. The back also says "Negative Drawing", in the artist's writing.
