VINTAGE FOLK ART PRIMITIVE YELLOW DAFFODILS SHABBY ART CHIC UNFINISHED PAINTING - $8,080 - (Wakefield, MA)

Vintage original watercolor painting of yellow daffodils, dating to the early 1960's. Watercolor is on Bainbridge Paper Board. The painting is not signed. The provenance I have on the artist, is her initials are BHS, and and she once resided at Cape Cod. Condition overall is good but unfinished. Perfect for the shabby chic primitive folk art decor. Actual painted image is in very good condition. Blank margins are only in fair condition with some stains from tape she used, and some residue from sticky tape. Artist used tape on blank edges, to paint her watercolors, so the edges would be even. Back is in good clean condition with a few small paint splashes. Please ignore splice line on second auction image as painting was too big for our scanner, and I had to scan in 2 images, so a shadow in present on auction image, but NOT on painting.
