Antique Inlaid Mahogany Tazza Primitive Star Marquetry Pedestal Bowl Centerpiece - $350 - (Princeton, IL)

Offering this handsome 19th century wooden tazza or pedestal bowl centerpiece. It has red mahogany panels and an inlaid star design at the center with lighter wood bands accenting both the base and widest portion of the bowl. It's at least 19th century and you can see the expected wear to the stain with some small edge chips and fraying to the felt on the underside. The bowl is otherwise in good condition, completely functional, and very attractive with no repairs. This would make a fantastic centerpiece for any primitive table setting. A previous owner placed an inventory sticker on the bottom. The bowl measures 18 1/2" in diameter and about 9" tall.
