Offered for this auction is a set of 8 matching vintage Hardanger coasters, the fabric is ivory and the hand stitching is light brown thread. The workmanship is impeccable, and they have never been used. This auction offers the possibility for a talented seamstress or crafts person to use the 8 coasters to make a terrific large doily or by using four coasters for 2 nice size doilies using 4 coasters, which would be costly to buy as a finished product. Each square coaster is 3 1/2"x 3 1/2" the handwork is identical on each square. First Class Postage will be $4.00 for anywhere in the United States.
