Decorative display plate - $2 - (Street, MD)

This is like has been around awhile. It has a paper with it that is written in either Chinese or Japanese. The plate not sure, but think it is some kind of plastic, is about 4 1/4" round, comes with wood plate holder. Come s in it's own box, that is 5 1/2" x 5 1/2". It is very pretty.
