It has some of the appearance of a Conn mouthpiece. Excellent overall condition - see photos. There is no damage, only mild surface blemishes; the plating is worn from the shank. The inner diameter of the rim is just about 1.27 inches (that is about an inch and a quarter). The depth of the cup is slighty more than an inch and a half deep.
