This Marc projector is brighter than any of the portable Xenon projectors up to 550 watts with the Eiki/RB factory modification. For classroom use, this projector is equipped with an ELC Halogen lamp socket for use with a 250 watt lamp. The Marc 300 lamp can be replaced with the ELC lamp for use without the Marc Power supply. It can be then used as a conventional projector. This projector has been factory modified & serviced by long time EIKI/ELMO/BELL & HOWELL Service Center, RB Multi-Media. They are the premiere AV service center recognized worldwide. They were established as the first Eiki/Elmo dealer in the Washington DC-Northern Virginia area in 1975. This is the special Factory Authorized Outboard "Switch Box Marc 300 Modification" performed & designed by RB Multi-Media to exact specification for Eiki. This specification is unique to this Slot Load. In addition, this projector has been updated with the advanced three control Eiki "SlimLine" amplifier for improved audio reproduction. The EIKI unit offers a super slot load threading system with one of the smoothest & safest operations used in a portable. It can be threading by just sliding the film into the slot. The Eiki SL-II includes one of the best loop restorers in the business for continuous operation with damaged film.
