Stunning horn, single owner since new in 1970, Serial # N47142, only played until 1979, complete work-over by Osmun Music in Boston in 2017 (not played since - total cost of work and accessories from Osmun was >$1500): valve cores re-plated and machined for perfect intonation/compression, lacquer removed/lightly polished, no bell dents, see photos - only some very minor dents on 1st valve F slide and main tube. Original hard shell case is in fantastic condition. Original Conn mouthpiece, music sheet holder also included. Original purchase invoice also available. Comes with new bottles of Hetman Slide Gel, Medium Bearing Linkage lubricant, and Medium Rotor Lubricant, New horn bore cleaner, New horn mouthpiece cleaner, plus Osmun instructions for maintenance included. Also included: new Osmun NY10 (New York style) mouthpiece, standard cup, silver body, screw-on gold rim; new Osmun CH12 (Chicago style) mouthpiece, standard cup, silver body, screw-on gold rim - each cost $175, Hercules folding stand, stone mute, plus some other new cleaning supplies. Will only ship in the proper manner: with the horn foam wrapped, in a peanut foam bag, double boxed, separately from the hard shell case (shipping a horn in a hard shell case can damage it!!!). This is costly but important to protect such a rare and valuable instrumnt - hence the $200 shipping cost.
