16.5" x 22.5" framed and matted This appears to be an (abstract) impressionist view of a oil refinery from the water (harbor) on a night with a full moon. I thought it was a cityscape originally but I do not recognize the city. If you do, please let me know. The media is paint and colored pencil on pastel (?) paper. It is signed EMS.
