Vintage Trombone COUESNON Paris AMERICAN PERFECTION w/Case & Reids Mouthpiece - $220 - (Kittanning, PA)

Vintage Trombone COUESNON AMERICAN PERFECTION. This slide trombone comes in the original case and has a Reids Comfo-Rim #023 mouthpiece. The case has two buckle clasps and is lined in purple velvet material. The outside appears to be leather wrapped. The case is 36-1/4" long. Total weight unpackaged is 7 pounds 12 ounces. There are dings and dents on the trombone but nothing major. There is finish loss and what appears to be a weld on the slide portion. The case is in worn condition with the leather covering loose and coming off on the end. There is wear, splits and torn leather on the edges of the case as well. The trombone works but needs to be reconditioned. It slides reasonably well. Being sold "AS IS." This was bought at an estate sale so I do not know its history.
