ANTIQUE KING SIZE Brass & Iron Bed Headboard No Reserve - $595 - (Calhoun, GA)

For your consideration, a rare king size brass & iron bed headboard that is actually handmade from a complete brass & iron bed. They took a brass & iron bed that had an original curved footboard, cut it into, and welded the two halves of the footboard to the headboard. It was a very sturdy and correct looking extension. You can see what I am talking about in the photos. It has be repainted white and the brass polished. lt is a great job and a lot of work for someone. Plus finding a bed with the curved footboard is a real challenge too. I have had tons of people over the years looking for an antique king size headboard and there just wasn't any.
