Williams Sonoma Professional Gelato Ice Cream Maker Sorbet Machine WS 994 Italy PLEASE READ BEFORE BUYING! This unit does work but it appears that there may be a dead spot in the motor. Sometimes you need to give the agitator a little push and then it works fine even if you turn it off and back on again it’ll turn fine but when it sits for a while without being used then it doesn’t want to turn again and you just have to give a little push on the agitator. Because of this issue we are selling it at a low price. I don’t think it’s a very big deal. The refrigerant works fine and it freezes the way it is supposed to. If you really wanted to fix the problem with the agitator I think it would probably need a new motor but I’m not certain about that. because of this issue we are selling it as is, no returns. Comes complete as shown. Does not come with owners manual. Because this is a refrigerated unit you need to let the unit stand right side up for 24 hours before turning on after you receive it or you risk ruining the compressor. Location (Q-4)
