Chinese dress silk qipao cheongsam sleeveless long pale gold - $40 - (Springfield, MO)

This beautiful brand-new traditional silk qipao/cheongsam was recently bought in Beijing (for my daughter, who did not like the color or style). It is sleeveless full-length 48 inches long) with a 19 inch slit on both sides of the skirt. It has the traditional mandarin collar and frogs. Bust is 36, waist 30 and hip 38 inches.The label says large, but Chinese sizes run very small, and this is a U.S. medium. The lovely jacquuard/brocade fabric is pale gold or very pale yellow, with the pattern in shiny, shimmery gold thread. The background pattern is the traditional clouds, with double happiness symbols and peonies in pale pink, green and blue The accent trim and upper frogs are in olive green. The dress comes from a smoke-free home with pets.
