It is about 6.5 inches wide by 28 inches long (I measured it while it is in the bag so it might be a little longer). It is Santa Claus holding a welcome sign. It has a bear hanging onto the sign. This came from Kaufmann's Department store over 20 years ago. It has been in storage all these years. It comes in the original unopened package.
