These 2 VIPER 15B cordless floor scrubbers are ready to go to work. These floor scrubbers came out of a office building foreclosure. One scrubber has flex tape on the one side of the clean water tank, the other is 100%. It appears the leak has been fixed with flex tape. There is probably a better way to fix it.
