Has been delidded and relidded. Liquid metal applied underneath. All contacts under IHS were covered with nail polish. Professionally done. Better temps than stock paste. IHS top was smoothed to apply liquid metal. Lettering is missing but will work 100% as intended with liquid metal or regular thermal paste. I have been forthright about the condition and if you do not want a chip that has been modified this way, then I apologize. If you buy it, you buy understanding these changes. USPS First Class.
