Norwegian West-Telemark Bunad, L/XL For sale is an extremely beautiful Norwegian, West-Telemark sommerbunad. It is entirely hand-made and hand-embroidered. Includes: Blue/teal linen bodice and skirt, with orange/red trim and embroidered on each panel with red and orange telemark embroidery, and pewter hardware for the lacing. Blue/teal linen, matching embroidered apron with a woven wool belt. There are snaps and hooks to firmly attach this to the bodice and skirt. Long-sleeve white blouse, with red and orange telemark hand embroidery, white tatting lining the neck and cuffs, and pewter buttons An additional long, woven-wool belt Matching hand-embroidered bunad purse with a silver-plated hardware that perfectly hooks on the belt of the apron to carry small items A matching, head-band style, woven-wool headdress for the bunad One silver broach. It should be noted that this is not the correct hardware for this bunad. Though quite lovely, there is at least one more silver broach that is necessary to complete this bunad in the traditional way. Pewter chain for the lacing on the bodice. Measurements: Please ask for specific measurements. Bunads are made to be altered if necessary. Waist when laid flat: 38” This skirt can be altered if necessary Bust at widest part: 42” this The bodice has already been taken in, so it could be made at least one size bigger.
