Vintage Keystone Ride On Train w/steering wheel and bell model 6400? - $498 - (Jonesville, MI)

This auction is for a vintage Keystone Ride On train. This model may be the 6400. The original decals have worn off but it appears to be a 6400. The steering wheel works great and is more rare than the handle alternative as best I can tell. The one tire has worn through or possibly melted- please see photos. Great looking train! Purchased from a collector recently. Approx. 26" long x 8" wide x 11" high. I assume all is original but I do not know if any components are missing. I am not an expert in antiques but I have bought and sold almost 4000 items, many antiques and collectibles since 1998 with a 100% feedback rating.
