Singer Sewing Machine Model 101 - $175 - (Danbury, TX)

Rare Singer Model 101 manufactured 20 February 1929. Cleaned and oiled, but not tested. Some decal loss on the front. Owners Manual included. The 101 was the first machine made for electric power only and was the predecessor to the Singer Model 201. Potted motor is gear driven and is very strong. Advertisement states the 101 can see 1000 stitches per minute Only produced from 1920 - 1952 Total production was 230,475 Model 101 Serial # AC500608
