Offering an outstanding custom chinoiserie sideboard buffet designed in 1980 by Mario Buatta for John Widdicomb. The sideboard features beautiful burlwood grain and ornate carved landscape scenes on the front and sides of the cabinet. It offers a simple yet bold design, with clean lines and block feet. The sideboard offers ample room for storage, with four doors that open to reveal four drawers and open shelving. The two left drawers are felt-lined for silverware storage. Present inside the top left drawer is a metal label that reads: "1980 John Widdicomb Grand Rapids." There is very minor wear consistent with age and use, but overall the sideboard is in excellent original condition.Offered in separate listings are the matching dining table and set of eight dining chairs.DIMENSIONS: 76.5"W × 19.0"D × 32.0"H
