CLEARANCE: Price Reduced for clearance (originally $15,000) Applied Biosystems ABI Prism 7900HT with computer running SDS 2.2.2 Comes with a 384 well block (the system is also capable of holding a 96 well block, but this is not included) Tests: 1. Instrument powered on with a green light showing no boot error 2. Computer connected 3. Door opened and closed when instructed 4. Plate carrier correctly holds and loads a plate 5. Plate cover correctly heats to temperature and 'lowers on to plate 6. Block and sample temperature sensors correctly detect changes 7. Laser powers on (we removed the case and verified laser can be seen as shown in images) 8. Computer appears to have a bad DVD drive - we were able to use an external usb version when needed (not included). We are unable to test any further due to lack of nucleic acid samples and probes etc. May need calibration, verification, maintenance etc., before use Item is sold "as is" Local pickup available.
