Dell Inspiron 8600 For parts only Item powers on. Screen boots to black with white horizontal lines. (See pictures). No further testing done. Some scratches on top. Item is also missing the "U" key. No hard drive or operating system included. NO charger included. Screen looks good and looks to have no scratches. Sold as is.
