Elegant Federal style sideboard by Hickory Chair for their James River Plantation line. Mahogany flame veneers on the drawers, and mahogany veneers on the top and sides. The legs are solid mahogany with medallion and string inlay. Drawers are dovetailed on all four corners, and the secondary wood is solid oak. Removable felt silver caddy in the center drawer locks and key is available. Beautiful solid brass hardware. Originally retailed for $6600. Wonderful high end piece. In excellent vintage condition. This piece is flawless. Structurally perfect and the door and drawers all work smoothly. Comes with the original key. Non-smoking. Local pick up only. Measurements: 68" wide, 23" deep and 41" tall.
