This box shaped adapter has buttons on two sides. You slide the buttons to release each of the three plugs. One plug says USA/AUST, One UK, and one EUROPE. Above the buttons reads 6A MAX 125/250VAC. One side has a circle and 110V and a sunshine and 220V. The bottom says CE EMC89/336/EEC. The box measures 2" x 2 1/2" which makes it easy for travel.
