Victorian Octagonal Trumpet Sewing Table - $2,077 - (Benton, MO)

This is a beautiful Victorian Rosewood Sewing Table I purchased in 1965 while living in Fishguard, Pembrokeshire, Wales. It was in very good condition when I purchased it and remains so today. A very nice patina. The octagonal lid is hinged, the female portion of the lock is missing, however, the male portion of the lock is still installed. No key! The hinged top when opened reveals the segmented green interior. I believe the interior to be original. Some professional repairs have been made through out its life time. The interior is the same as when I purchase it. There is some wear as seen in the attached photos in the segmented compartment. One of the spindles is slightly loose, but the table legs and base are solid and sturdy. Please see the attached photos. If you have any questions please ask. No returns on this item!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
