17.5" Stubben Scandica VSD Saddle wide tree The saddle: This is a beautiful, used saddle with many years of joyful riding ahead. Large knee blocks keep your leg secure, and a deep, narrow twist seat keeps you comfortable even on the stronger horses. Scandica saddles are elk leather covered on the seat and knee rolls, making this saddle a soft and comfortable ride with great grip. The size: This saddle is stamped 32 cm, which is a Stubben wide tree. This saddle measures 6". The seat size is 17.5", perfect for an average adult rider. The flaps measure approximately just under 16", perfect for the average to shorter legged rider. The condition: This is a used saddle in overall good condition. The leather could use some conditioning, and is a bit dry. The elk leather parts (seat and knee rolls) are slightly pilling, which is common with this saddle, but does not affect use or even looks very much. There is scratch on the seat as pictured. Otherwise this saddle appears to be in good used condition, with normal signs of wear and tear. All in all this is a great saddle for the serious dressage ride.
