Late 2009, 27" iMac logic board with CPU and heatsink (no RAM SODIMMS included) Includes the 1st Generation Core i5 2.66GHz CPU. Also, includes logic board mounting screws as shown in the photographs. My iMac had the GPU issue and after GPU repairs, the unit failed to run the internal LCD. Therefore, I have replaced the unit and am selling this logic board. I have included pictures that show the iMac fully up and running with an external monitor. The screenshots are from the iMac when it was using this specific logic board. There are no known issues with this board, but I cannot fully guarantee it since I do not have a functioning internal LCD. Previously, the on-board display connector was professionally replaced to ensure that this was not an issue with this board. Also, during inspection of the logic board, the old CPU thermal paste was removed and replaced with Arctic MX-4 thermal paste which seemed to increase performance according to Geekbench scores.
