VINTAGE 1930 SUPERTONE PARLOR ACCOUTIC GUITAR PEARLOID FETBOARD BRAND NEW CASE - $599 - (Kissimmee, FL)
Up for sale is a Vintage Supertone Parlor Guitar that was made sometime between 1930 and 1939 because in 1940 Supertone became Silvertone. It's my understanding that all Supertone Guitars were sold by Sears Department Store just as Silvertone is. This guitar has a pearloid fretboard and a stencil picture of a pretty girl. This type of stencil is fairly common for this era. The guitar has been thoroughly cleaned and touched up a little bit. It is mostly in it's original condition and is set up nicely with new strings. The keys have been removed and thoroughly cleaned and they work good to hold the strings in tune. This is a Good Playing Guitar that has easy action and a nice vintage tone. The Guitar is very solid and strong and should last another 80 years or more. It comes in a Brand New TKL Parlor guitar case that is black with gray interior.
