You have your choice of Buckle Number 1 which has a more aged patina or Number 2 which is almost in New Old Stock condition in appearance. Neither buckle has verdigris, the harmless blue/green patina which forms on copper and brass when exposed to water or humidity over prolonged time. These are not cheap brass plated, pewter buckles which lose fine detail over time. These are high quality, real, cast, solid, red brass buckles. Both buckles have original black oxidation which enhances the forced relief image of a Satyr. These are beautiful buckles and one of the now harder to find that were made by Tech Ether Guild Inc.
