Used yet so COOL 1960's/1970's Metal "Whittlesey" Torrance CA License Plate Frame -- I understand it was a Jaguar dealership from doing a bit of research on the internet. Has a few small marks/scratches/rubs/very little pitting and over all in really nice condition. The red and white paint does show wear. Nice and straight. Could likely be shined up a little more --- I have only washed it gently in soap and water. Made for a standard size 6" by 12" license plate. Please view photos closely for condition.
