Hello and thanks for looking. This card can run 4 monitors at once. I purchased it as like new, slightly used. I did not use it myself, however, because at the time I purchased it, I still was using some analog monitors. This card is meant to only output to monitors with DVI or Displayport connectors. I then bought another quad card designed to output to DVI or analog, and I just kept using that card even after I had moved to all DVI capable monitors, and never started using this one. But this card is fully tested and works as it should. So I still consider it as like new. This card has 4 mini displayport connectors on it. It comes with 4 mini displayport to full size displayport cable adapters. It also has 4 full size displayport to DVI cable adapters. To use this for DVI, you have to use both cables connected together. I once tried to attach DVI to analog adapters, and I don't believe that worked. I don't believe it can output to analog monitors. It also comes with a low profile bracket, a little manual, and a cd. Other information and current drivers can be found on the Matrox.com website.
