Vtg Harley "Sportster" Primary Chain Motorcycle Belt Eagle Buckle sz 38" Minty! - $175 - (Nevada City, CA)
This is a classic vintage 3-link wide Primary Motorcycle Chain Belt in excellent condition. It has a cool chrome plated and hand painted Flying Eagle Belt Buckle with a chain edging. The buckle and chain are in excellent, almost new shape. All the links are clean and flexible, not frozen and rusted like these chain belt links tend to get. The chrome is shiny with only one or two minor spots of wear. These belts were probably made for Harley-Davidson and the EZ Rider C The buckle is made by The Great American Buckle Co. in Chicago and bears their eagle logo on the back. It also says “Copyright 1984” on the back with the numbers CB1221, 2-54. It’s 3” long and a tad under 2”. Its colors and features are also excellent, showing extremely little wear. The total belt length is 38”. The chain itself is 36” long and 1.25” wide with “Peer, 35, Taiwan” stamped along the edges. The buckle adds about 2" of length. It will fit a 38” waist maximum but could be link adjusted to go smaller. It weighs 2 lbs, 4 oz. Please know your size....this is a chain metal belt and will only go 38" long!!! Measure a favorite belt from where the prong hits the buckle to your most comfortable adjustment hole setting (your real size). Item sold "As Is".
