18" Istanbul Agop Traditional Thin Crash Cymbal - 1438 grams - $215 - (Abingdon, VA)
For sale is an 18 inch Istanbul Agop Traditional Thin Crash cymbal weighing in at 1438 grams on my kitchen scales. It was marked at 1420 when I purchased it. It's in good condition and has a higher pitch compared to another 18 Istanbul Agop Traditional Thin Crash that I have, which is only about 60 grams lighter. This one sounds a little more trashy than other Istanbul Agop thin crashes that I've owned, and sounds slightly like a big splash cymbal. It's perfect for jazz. The cymbal is in fairly good condition but does have some signs use. It's got stick marks, light surface scratches, and finger prints. It doesn't have any key holing, fleabites, or cracks. But it does have one spot near the edge where it got a very small set of dings; it doesn't quite touch the edge, but is close enough that I want the buyer to be aware.
