95 METAL SOCIAL SECURITY/OTHER ENGRAVING CARDS/PLAQUES MILITARY US MIXED VINTAGE - $29 - (High Point, NC)

Up for auction is a sampler book that contains 95 metal plaque/cards (most measure about 3.25" x 1.75"). The majority are for social security number engraving, but many in the back are for other special purposes. The SSID metal cards have all kinds of military, religious, political, states, professional occupations, etc. themes to them with logos. Most are in very good condition but some have some scratches and scuffs. Please look at all of the photos to view the types of metal card/plaques that are included. Note that these metal cards have all been glued in place to the paper card stock pages. I am not sure of what type of adhesive was used as I did not try and remove any of them. But I believe they could be removed with some cleanup on the back side if desired. The book measures 10" x 7.5" and weighs a little under 3 pounds.
