WELCOME This is for Xbox 360 Console that does not work. This is a parts only unit sold AS IS nonworking. Only one has a white underside, the other is solid black. RETURNSIf your product is damaged in shipping we will, of course, accept a return. In such instances please contact us directly to let us know and then return the damaged product to us. Once we have received and confirmed it is the same item we will gladly issue a refund. If you have purchased an item and there is another problem other than damaged in shipping, still contact us within 14 days and we will work with you to resolve it. If you wish to return an item it MUST come back in the same exact condition it was sent. On electronics, we log and record the serial numbers in the listing.
