Antique Lot Embossed Huck Linen 15 Towels Embroidered Crochet Tatting Monograms Lovely Lot of Antique-Vintage Linens These are all pressed and folded the way I found them at the estate sale of a 90-year-old German immigrant Here's a brief description of each towel (as seen in photo 1, left to right, top to bottom): 1. 22" x 14½", crochet edges, no stains or damage 2. 23" x 14", "W" monogram in a wreath of flowers, scalloped edges, no stains or damage 3. 41" x 21", Ornate monogram (possibly "MEW"), insertion lace (hairpin?), marigold floral embossed huck, no stains or damage 4. 38" x 21", Greek Key embossed borders, crocheted edges, no stains or damage 5. 39" x 25", Shamrock embossed huck, fancy floral & "A" monogram embroidery, scalloped edges, no stains or damage 6. 35" x 21", Pansy flower embossed huck, ornate monogram (possibly "MEW"), tatted insertion both ends, no stains or damage 7. 24" x 15" huck towel with blue satin stitch embroidery and monogram (B or D?), no stains or damage 8. 42½" x 20½" huck towel with heavy satin stitch embroidery, monogram (W) and scalloped edges, has some light stains, no damage 9. 41" x 23" drawn work embossed borders, no stains but 2 threadbare areas (one in center and one at one edge about 1" each) 10. 22" x 14½" simple tatted edges, one pin-head size gray spot, no damage 11. 26" x 17" embroidered at one end, scalloped edges, one 1/4" hole, several other tiny holes, no stains 12. 24" x 18" striped huck towel with simple crocheted edge, one pin-head size spot, no damage 13. 23" x 17½" fleur-de-lis embossed huck with scalloped edges and "G" monogram, no stains or damage 14. 27½ x 15½" pink crochet edges and insertion, one small hole (about 1/4") and several light stains 15. 40" x 17½", floral embossed huck, ornate scalloped edges, monogram in center (not sure of letter), no stains or damage I have not laundered these. They are as found, yet no odors. I don't believe there were pets in the home. A really nice lot! …
