However, we guarantee that it will be in the same condition as what is stated in the description. Cosmetic Condition This item is in fair cosmetic condition overall. It has minor cosmetic wear, including scuffs and scratches, from normal use. Some of the lettering on the front of the item is starting to come off. Testing This monitor was plugged in and powered on using a power supply (not included) from a similar item. We then connected a video source to each monitors input. The video displayed on each monitor was clear and had no burned in areas or dead pixels, however the brightness was not consistent between monitors. This item will need a power supply before it is fully functional. This is the full extent of the testing performed, we were not able to test the item(s) any further. We cannot guarantee functionality beyond what has been stated. Return Policy If you receive the item not as described you will have 14 calendar days to return it.
