Vintage Rare Collectible Daiwa 5 1/2' Ultra Light Fishing Spinning Rod, Mod 1310 - $150 - (Fayetteville, OH)

Very rare, vintage Daiwa 5 1/2' U/L spinning rod, model # 1310. Not sure of age or country of origin, my guess is Japan around the 40s or 50s. Any help and knowledge of it, would sure appreciate the feedback. Rod looks in very good condition. Please see pics for conditions.
