Coral and Gold Colored Vintage Necklace - $11 - (Vermillion, SD)

I have to start by saying I know nothing about jewelry. This necklace was in a box of old jewelry I bought at a little old lady auction about 15 years ago. It is a double strand of beads that will fit like a choker. It lays close to the neck. The shortest strand measures 12". The gold colored chain and hook give you another 4". I do not know what this is made of, but it does have some weight to it. I believe there is some metal involved. The beads are a coral color. It is strung on a very small metal chain.
