It is on 4 wheels and can be pulled. This unusual item is in good used condition showing light to medium handling/storage wear. The sign/display is a little darker in color in real life than shown in the photo. The sign/display shows light to medium edge wear and dings. Some scuffing to the front with some white paint specks here and there. A spot of old residue on the front on the letter O in Tooth and some heavier scuffing on the letter A in Paste.
