This is a fine and affordable choice for blending all fine fiber, wools, alpaca and exotics, . A linseed oil bath, seals and provides a lovely durable finish for a "lifetime" .... It makes a batt size of 9X24 inches. NEW USA made Electric motor,same mfg for "Kitchen Aid Mixer" , has variable speed control, driven by NON-SLIP timing belt,no cleaning, no oiling,"no bound up fiber", with forward and reverse switch.............. The overall size is 15 by 18 inches including pull-out "solid wood" tray, and weighs approximately 17 lbs (33 lbs. packed). The swift and licker are 9 inches wide and run on maintenance-free, sealed ball bearings. All pulleys and axles have been designed for ease of turning and smooth operation with a 4.5 to 1 drive ratio.
