Large vintage 1950s teddy bear mohair squeaker Knickerbacker Steiff AS-IS - $199 - (Southfield, MI)

Large vintage 1950s(?) blonde mohair teddy bear. I was told that it is a Knickerbacker. Has glass eyes, velvet paws and a stitched nose. I can feel a squeaker type device in its back. Straw stuffed. Bear measures 26" tall. It's in rough condition with dusty/dirty hair, tear under right leg(photo) and detached left leg(photo).
