Antique Chickering and Sons Quarter Grand Piano, 5'6" - Over 100 years Old!!! - $3,495 - (Boerne, TX)

Beautiful, early 1900s Chickering mahogany Quarter Grand Piano. My understanding is it's considered a "Parlor Grand" Piano because of the size. Over 100 years old! Only 2 owners. I purchased this piano 28 years ago from a piano teacher. I was told it was restored once by the previous owner. It is currently in good condition but has not been played or tuned in over 20 years. The cabinet shows some scratches and wear but it's fully intact and there's no major damage. Serial number is 190. The age is early 1900s, about 1907. There is a date on it somewhere but I don't remember exactly where I found it. There is no piano bench included in this listing. Comes from a smoke free home. Has always been kept in a climate controlled home. Please look at all the pictures and ask any questions prior to purchase. I do not accept returns. This is a local pickup only. Buyer is responsible for arranging moving and all labor and expenses associated with moving. I would suggest using a professional piano mover to avoid damage.
