KENWOOD TL-922A linear amplifier, used in excellent condtion - $1,200 - (Chicago, IL)

Up for consideration an excellent looking condition Kenwood TL-922A linear amplifier came from a silent key estate, it comes with its original box and a copy of technical manual, its operation condition is unknown, i have no way to test this amplifier on the air, but i did a basic test, powered it up in a very short period of time just to see the power transformers and tubes are healthy, they seem good, the plate voltage is okay, filaments also are okay, I tested the tubes filament if any short, it showed no short inside tubes, see pictures, it is wired to work with 240V, the amplifier seems looking very clean from the inside and outside, may be some very very tiny scratches here and there, the paint is super clean overhaul, switches seem to function okay, the inside components dont show any signs of overworked, tubes also look like new or may be used with very low mileage, no signs of brown haze color inside the tubes, the red paint on tubes still looking bright red as seen in the picture, usually when worked for long hours the paint will burn and turns brown and fade, I'm selling this amp as is for parts or repair because of its age, NO guaranty or return, make sure before you buy, it will be shipped in two boxes, the amp box will be doubled for more safety, tubes will be in separate box for safety, buyer pays for shipping and handling. shipping down to 48 states, Hawaii and Alaska will be determined. Note : You need to know what you are doing, inside the amp is high voltage can kill you, for the safety of the amp, just make sure when power it apply low voltage for hours to give a chance to the capacitors to reform themselves because the amp sat in the storage for a while.
