ME-165/G SWR-RF POWER METER 1.8-30 MHz, BAD METER, PARTS ONLY - $27 - (Midway, AR)
I am selling this as a parts set and going as is, but if a new meter could be found this wouldmake some HAM a very good Dummy load and tune up device. The meter would have to be a 0-1 Ma. and you would have to shield it on the backside. There is quite a bit of rust around the inside edge of the case but do not think any interferenceto any electrical circuit conductivity.Inside the case you have 12- 600 ohm 50 watt non inductive resistors that give you precisely a load of 50 ohms at 600 watts peak, any HAM'S dream to have that to test out that new transmitter.Actually it is rated to 250 watts without too much consideration of heating but a 10 min. limit on the 600 watts. The 600 ohm 50 watt non inductive load resistors used in the 50 ohm load are super expensive, if you can find them. Included is a 6 page copy of operators guide and some maintenance information with schematic and pictures.
