Ham Radio amp? Vintage Tube Amplifier and power supply untested - $55 - (Bridgeport, NE)

I was unable to locate the maker on either of these. I don't know an awful lot about them I'm fairly certain that the amplifier is for a ham radio though based off the dial. I got them both at an auction I'm not sure if the power supply went with it or is for something completely different.
